All Golden Hawk athletes planning to try out for or begin a sport at Riverside JH must have a physical completed after April 1, 2026 to be eligible for participation during the 2026–27 school year. Please visit the athletic website at rjhathletics.com and click on “Other” to access and print the required Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) physical forms. You will also need to click on “Final Forms” on the athletic website to log in or sign up via final forms by clicking on the Final Forms button on the left side of the page, complete your registration, and upload Page 3 of your updated IHSAA physical. Once all three items are marked green in Final Forms, your athlete will be eligible to participate for the 2026–27 school year.
